Interested in

we would all like to be fit and full of life energy with good health, but why is it easier for some

the whole concept of 'exercise' is just, well... wrong. If you think
about human beings and their time on earth, you will have to admit is has been a while. Exercise
as we think about it is very new on the scene. For most of humanities time on earth
it was just built into ones existance. Perhaps this is a better approach than trying
to make a special time and place for 'fitness and exercise' activities.
If you hate the idea of joining a fitness club try something like, parking a few blocks further from work and walking in or getting off the bus 2 or 3 stops
earlier. This concept can be applied to various areas of ones daily
routine, enough to get a full workout each day!
